The West Texas Cycling Association (WTCA) is a sort of "umbrella" association of several cycling clubs:

• Lubbock Bicycle Club
• Chaparral Cycling Club
• Texas Tech Cycling Club

The Purpose of the West Texas Cycling Association shall be the support and promotion of bicycling and its related activities for the members of the Lubbock Bicycle Club, Chaparral Cycling Club, and Texas Tech Cycling Club.
